Competition Terms & Conditions
The competition closes on January 31st 2009 and the final date for receiving entries will be February 3rd February 2009.
- The draw for the 40” HD television will take place on the last day of February 2009.
- The prize must be accepted as offered; no cash prize alternative is available.
- Entries are restricted to one per household.
- All entrants must be over 18 years old.
- Digital reproductions or photocopies of this entry form are not eligible for the draw.
- The winner will be decided by a first-out-of-the-hat draw.
- The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with any participant.
- The prize must be redeemed within one calendar month of notification and by the winning entrant.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or spoiled.
- By completing this entry form and entering this competition you are agreeing to the above stated terms and conditions.
- The make & model of the television pictured may not necessarily be that of the 40” HD television presented to the prize winners.
